I am a restaurant business owner for coconut food. So, I am always looking for companies that are capable of providing quality coconut products to us. Thienkhanh is a company that I believe in over 2 years.

Coconuts are prominent products at the Thienkhanh company. Thienkhanh offers a full range of products from coconut such as: desicated coconuts, coconuts oil, nata de coco, … I used a lot of products from this company.

So, from a subjective perspective, I give my personal opinion.

#1. Review the desicated coconuts:

Desicated coconuts are a coconut product that many people in Vietnam know. Most of the food that I use desicated coconuts like: snacks, curry, tea, coconut milk, coconut cream, …

What surprised me was that the food made with desicated coconuts at Thien Khanh had a wonderful flavor. My food is tastier and smoother.

Why is this happening?

I’ve been asking a lot of questions about this. Later, I learned, it was due to the time and choice of coconut to produce desicated coconuts.

Desicated coconuts should only be used after 3 days of production. After 3 days, desicated coconuts will gradually lose its sweetness and aroma. Therefore, your food will lose its flavor when using desicated coconuts have 3 days production

If you still do not believe what I say, you can look to buy a variety of desicated coconuts at different companies and process their food with them. You will feel what I say.

Fast delivery time

I like the way they serve me. Even though I only put them in a relatively small amount. However, they are still enthusiastic and help me transport orders quickly. I always get my product within 4 hours – 24h. As a restaurant owner, I always want my products to be fresh to serve our customers.

And the delivery time is always top priority. If you are a restaurant business owner, I think you have the same thoughts as me.

#2. Review the coconuts oil:

I often use coconut oil instead of other processed food oils. In addition to making my food more delicious and fragrant, it also helps a lot for our health.

Because in coconut oil contains more than 90% saturated fatty acids, it has the ability to resist oxidation. Due to its high fatty acids, coconut oil helps improve cholesterol and helps in killing bacteria and other pathogens.

I decided to switch to using their coconut oil, when the coconut oil supplier to our restaurant exchanged poor quality. And after using coconut oil, I really love their products more.

#3. Review Nata de coco

What is nata de coco:

Nata de coco is a delicious, delicious, naturally derived, and especially good for health. Coconuts (nata de coco) are the most common food produced by the fermentation of the bacterium Acetobacter Xylinum. This is the food that is applied from bacterial cellulose. The coconut jelly is a dessert dish: Dai, in, very tasty with the chemical nature of polysaccharide, so no high nutritional value, low energy and have high sensory value, good food to reduce the risk of obesity.

Nata de coco – stimulates intestinal motility which makes the regulation of excretion better with very high fiber content which is good for the digestive system to help the body fight colon cancer. This product from coconut has the effect of preventing cancer and can keep the skin smooth.

I know nata de coco from a few of my friends. I tried eating it in a small restaurant in Viet Nam with my friends. Wow! To be honest, I fell in love with it as soon as I ate it and I really enjoyed it to my country, especially the area where I lived. But, this idea has been postponed for a while, because nata de coco is the food that needs to be eaten right after processing, it can not last long.

I learned and processed them myself, but all failed. Actually, I really wanted to promote this food to where I live, but it was really a difficult thing for me.

Until I found the company in Vietnam, I tried to order products from them and use. The taste of the dish echoes me again.

Each company offering nata de coco will give out different products. And I like the taste of nata de coco at thienkhanh. Nata de coco plasticizer, sweet, aromatic and fresh from nature.

In short, for me, the coconut products that I use at their company are really good and quality. It brings our pleasure and thoughtful service to our customers. I hope the products in thienkhanh will be developed more widely across the world.
